Thousands of people evacuated a movie theater in Mexico after a fire broke out during the premiere of Batman: The Dark Knight Rises, NetJoven reports.

AAccording to the blog, the fire occurred at Plaza Commercial Guadalajara Mexico in a trash located in an adjacent room to the movie theater complex. According to the spokesperson from Seguridad Pública y Protección Civil de Zapopan, Julio Quiñones, in a phone interview with Netjoven, no one was injured.

This news comes a week after a gunman killed 12 people and injured another dozen in the midnight premiere of Batman the Dark Knight Rises in a movie theater located in Aurora, Colorado.
